The Hydraulic Jack is used as multipurpose hydraulic puller for creating center hole in hollow ram. Unlike conventional mechanical screw puller, this product prevents pulling torque. What is more, its is lighter than a hydraulic jack of same capacity. Apart from simplifying job, this type of puller ensures safety of operator and helps to save time.

Accessories for Hydraulic Puller
1. Trolley-
This easy to carry trolley is equipped with a pump attached to one of its side, lifting system for transportation of JACK with puller at a height of 600 mm. Its lifting system consists of dual pillars, saddle assembly with vee block for convenient installation of jack, handle equipped spindle for trouble free lifting and centering of puller or jack. This item is a good substitute of EOT crane or portable gantry crane. Lifting of heavy duty jack or puller by hand is quite a laborious job. The offered trolley is easy to handle and it serves as an useful medium for shifting and positioning of puller with the shaft.
2. Bearing Puller Attachment -
It is equipped with a plate shaped puller and a saddle that comprises of Tierod. The diameter of this Tierod can be adjusted by the slots of the saddle. The 'C' shaped puller consists of two halves that can be adjusted with threaded guide pins. The lock nut and guide pins of this attachment need to be fastened properly. Its saddle is attached to a hydraulic jack which is effective in providing required pull force during removal of the bearing. 3. Chisel Jaws
Our Chisel Jaws have been specially designed for creating necessary space behind gears and bearing for proper accommodation of jaws of puller. These consist of thinner tip section and these can be easily replaced with jaws of standard size. Two chisel jaws need to be used for installation of two jaw pullers and three jaw pullers are required for fixing of three chisel jaws. The loading capacity of these jaws is 50% higher than standard jaws.
4. Pusher Jaws
These flat shaped jaws can be easily replaced with puller jaws. One need to use two pusher jaws for two jaw pullers and three pusher jaws for three jaw pullers. These pusher jaws have been developed by using standard quality alloy steel. Precisely designed, these are available with heat treated finishing. One need to use pusher adapter to install these jaws. The adopter is located between main structure of the puller and jack. We advice to to use an internal thread equipped shaft for a successful pushing work.
